You can use the search page with or without the map view, according to your preference. The main search bar allows you to filter results by city, neighborhood, or street across Israel. Numerous filters are available to refine your search, whether by price, number of rooms, type of lister, and more. By clicking on "Advanced Filters," you can access a wide range of options to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
Yes, all listings on Immo Israel are translated into the four languages available on the site: French, English, Hebrew, and Russian. Our team of professional translators ensures that each listing is accurately translated, maintaining high standards of precision and quality. Listers can post their listings in their native language, and our team handles the translation to make them accessible to a wider audience.
On each listing, you'll find the lister's contact details on the right side: phone numbers if you prefer to communicate by phone, and a direct link to WhatsApp.
Yes, as a visitor to the site, there's no need to create an account to contact a lister. You can get in touch with the lister directly by phone or via WhatsApp, either on the listing itself or on the lister's profile page. If you wish to contact a lister for a new project, you can also fill out a contact form directly on the listing, and the lister will get back to you.
Each lister can indicate the languages they speak on their profile. This information appears on every listing they publish, next to their contact details. This allows you to easily see if the seller speaks English before reaching out.
On Immo Israel, listings can be published by homeowners, real estate agents and agencies, as well as real estate developers. If you wish to view only private listings, agency listings, or new projects, simply click on the "Type of Listings" field and select the type of lister that interests you.
If you can't find the property you're looking for on our site, feel free to contact us via our contact form. We will do our best to help you find a property that meets your needs.
Currently, we don't yet have a "Favorites" feature on the site. However, this is a feature we plan to introduce soon, allowing you to easily save and revisit your favorite listings. Stay tuned for upcoming updates to take advantage of this feature!
Homeowners Creating an Account
To click the "Next" button when adding a listing, it's essential to complete, check, or verify all required fields, which are marked with a red asterisk. If the "Next" button isn't clickable, make sure that all fields are properly filled out. If you've already filled in all the fields on the general information page, particularly the address, try re-entering the street number of your address. This should resolve the issue and allow you to move to the next step.
At Immo Israel, our priority is to offer visitors who are looking to buy or rent a property comprehensive, high-quality listings. In Israel, these services are often underdeveloped: listings typically contain very little information; photos, if included, are often of poor quality and don't accurately represent the property. Even the price is sometimes missing. Searching for a property on such sites can be frustrating, with hours spent browsing listings that don't match the properties you eventually visit. The only sources of higher-quality listings are real estate agencies, but their services come at a premium. Moreover, searching for a property as a French speaker in Israel can be challenging. Besides the language barrier, Israelis often assume that French speakers are willing to pay more, which can lead to inflated prices.
Having gone through these challenges ourselves, we at Immo Israel decided to create a platform that caters to both French speakers and Israelis, where every listing is carefully checked and guaranteed to be of high quality. In addition to the effort that went into creating the site, our team spends countless hours each day verifying, translating, approving, and moderating the listings posted on Immo Israel.
However, homeowners receive three months of free listing on Immo Israel for their first property, which is sufficient for the majority to rent or sell their property.
The subscription system at Immo Israel is separate for homeowners and real estate agents.
For homeowners:
- A homeowner who wants to post a listing on Immo Israel must first create an account as an homeowner.
- When creating their first listing, they receive three months free, included in the subscription.
- The homeowner can create their listing with up to 8 photos included (adding more photos is a paid option).
- If no additional paid options are selected (such as featuring the listing or adding a virtual tour), the listing remains free for the first three months.
- However, payment information must be provided to activate the listing. If the listing is not marked as "sold/rented" or archived after three months, it becomes a paid listing at a rate of 20 shekels per month.
- If the homeowner decides to post multiple listings, only the first one qualifies for the three-month free trial.
- If paid options are added, such as featuring the listing, these options are charged from the first month and are recurring each month until the listing is marked as "sold/rented" or archived.
Anyone can post a listing on Immo Israel, whether you're an homeowner, a real estate agent, or a developer. You can write your listing in French or in the language of your choice. Our team will then check, translate, and publish it online. If your listing doesn't meet Immo Israel's publication standards, you'll receive an email detailing what needs to be improved for it to be published.
A listing should only be archived if it's no longer for sale/rent or if it's a duplicate. If your property has been sold or rented, it's better to click "sold/rented," which will also cancel your subscription in the same way as archiving, making your listing inactive and unsearchable.
To archive your listing and cancel your subscription if you only have one listing online, it's very simple. Go to "My Account," select the "My Listings" tab, and click the "Archive" button for the listing you wish to archive. And that's it!
If your listing meets the publication criteria, it will be published within two business days. If our team determines that your listing needs optimization, you'll receive a notification detailing what needs to be improved. Once these adjustments are made and your listing is approved, it will also be published within two business days.
Yes, you can update your payment information at any time. To do this, go to "My Account," then click "My Account" again in the left-hand menu. Your payment information will appear, and you can update it as needed.
To modify a listing, go to "My Account," then to "My Listings." Choose the listing you want to modify and click the pencil icon at the bottom right of the listing's photo. You can then make the necessary changes and resubmit the listing. Make sure to wait for the upload to complete and that you’re redirected to the "My Listings" page before leaving the site. The listing will then be sent back to our team for verification and approval.
If a listing is no longer relevant, you have two options: mark it as "Sold/Rented" or archive it. Archiving the listing will remove it from your public profile.

There are several paid options you can add to your listing to enhance it:
- Additional Photos: You can include up to 8 photos for free in your listing. If you wish to add more than 8 photos (up to a maximum of 20), this is a paid option, and the cost will automatically be calculated and added to the price of your listing.
- Featured Listing: To give your listing more visibility, you can choose the "featured" option. This will place your listing among the first in search results, as well as on the homepage and other strategic locations on the site. You can select this option when finalizing your listing, and the price will be automatically updated. The "Featured" option will be renewed each month with your listing until you mark it as "Sold/Rented" or archive it.
- Virtual Tour: If you want to add a virtual tour to your listing, you can order it through our site at the end of the listing publication process. We'll then contact you to arrange an appointment with a photographer who will take photos of your property. Once the virtual tour is ready, it will be integrated into your listing.
You can add up to 8 photos for free to your listing. If you wish to include more than 8 photos, you can add up to a maximum of 20, but this will be at an additional price. The new cost will automatically be calculated and added to the price of your listing.
As a homeowner, you're entitled to one free listing for a period of three months. If you wish to post additional listings, they won't qualify for the free trial and will be charged from the start.
A virtual tour allows visitors to your listing to explore your property in detail from the comfort of their home. For more information, visit the following page.
Real Estate Agents
If you can't find your real estate agency in the list during registration, don't worry! When you create your account, you have the option to choose between a "Private" or "Agent" profile. If you choose "Agent," you'll need to select your real estate agency from those already listed on our site. However, if your agency is not in the list, simply choose "Other" and continue creating your account. Once your account is created, contact us via our contact form or email to provide the name of your real estate agency in French and Hebrew (English and Russian as well, if available), your logo, and its address (which will not be published). We will then add your agency to our list and link your profile to it. It's quick and simple!
If you have changed agencies or opened your own real estate agency and want to update this information on the site, you can contact us by email or through our contact form with the relevant details. Our team will then update your agency's information on Immo Israel.
Real estate agent plans on Immo Israel are based on monthly subscriptions. During this period, all listings included and activated in your plan will remain active and visible on our platform. These plans renew automatically every month unless you choose to cancel them.
Before each renewal, you will receive an email notification with the renewal date and the amount to be charged, allowing you to decide whether you want to cancel or modify your subscription.
If your payment method is declined, your listings will automatically be archived after 7 days. To reactivate your listings, you will need to update your payment information and complete the payment. It's important to keep your payment information up to date to avoid any interruption in your listings' visibility.
The plan you choose includes a certain number of "slots." You can modify the listings in your subscription as long as you stay within the number of active slots included in your plan.
The "Lite" and "Pro" plans are two options available for real estate agents on Immo Israel. The main difference between these plans is the additional features offered by the "Pro" plan.
- Lite Plan: This plan allows you to post and manage a set number of real estate listings on our platform. It's ideal for agents who need a straightforward solution for managing their listings.
- Pro Plan: In addition to the features included in the Lite plan, the Pro plan offers several additional benefits. It allows you to post up to 20 photos per listing and includes options to feature your listings. Featured listings receive increased visibility on our site, attracting more attention from users searching for properties.
The number of featured listings included in the Pro plan depends on the size of the plan you choose. You can select and modify featured listings at any time to highlight the properties that will benefit from extra visibility.
Real estate agents can choose from a variety of monthly subscription plans, ranging from 1 to 500 listings. Each subscription provides a certain number of "slots" or available spaces. For example, an agent subscribing to a plan for 10 listings can publish and manage up to 10 active listings simultaneously.
If one of the properties in a listing is sold, rented, or is no longer available, the agent must mark the listing as "Sold/Rented" or archive it. This action frees up a slot, allowing the agent to add a new listing without exceeding their subscription limit. This slot system provides great flexibility for managing and updating listings according to the evolving real estate market.
To switch subscriptions, go to "My Account," then "My Listings," and click on "Change Subscription." You can then choose any other subscription plan.
When switching plans, the new amount is charged immediately. A carryover credit calculation is applied, and the date of your next payment is adjusted according to the new plan.
Example 1: Upgrading to an expanded plan
An agent subscribed to a plan for 10 listings at 351 shekels per month wants to switch to a plan for 25 listings at 585 shekels per month after 10 days. Here's how it works:
Current subscription calculation:
- Monthly cost: 351 shekels
- Days used: 10 days (1/3 of the month)
- Used value: (1/3) * 351 shekels = 117 shekels
- Remaining credit: 351 shekels - 117 shekels = 234 shekels
New subscription calculation:
- Monthly cost: 585 shekels
- Remaining credit: 234 shekels
- Amount due for the remaining 20 days: 585 shekels - 234 shekels = 351 shekels
The agent will be charged 351 shekels immediately to cover the difference for the rest of the month. The following month, the 25-listing subscription will be charged at 585 shekels.
Example 2: Downgrading to a reduced plan
An agent with a subscription for 25 listings at 585 shekels per month wants to switch to a plan for 10 listings at 351 shekels per month after 10 days.
Current subscription calculation:
- Monthly cost: 585 shekels
- Days used: 10 days (1/3 of the month)
- Used value: (1/3) * 585 shekels = 195 shekels
- Remaining credit: 585 shekels - 195 shekels = 390 shekels
New subscription calculation:
- Monthly cost: 351 shekels
- Remaining credits: 390 shekels
In this case, the remaining credit (390 shekels) exceeds the cost of the new subscription (351 shekels). No immediate charge will be made, but the excess credit is not refundable.
Conclusion

To cancel your subscription, go to "My Account." There, you will find a button labeled "Cancel my subscription." Clicking this button will mark all your listings as Sold/Rented and cancel your subscription. Your listings will not be lost; you can reactivate them at any time by subscribing to a new plan. The cancellation of your subscription takes effect immediately and does not entitle you to any refund, regardless of the reason for canceling. Any started month is due full payment.
Agents subscribed to a "Pro" plan have a certain number of featured listings available, depending on plan they chose. To feature a listing, simply click on the small star located in the top left corner of the listing's photo.
The number of featured listings also operates on a "slot" system, which is indicated under the "My Listings" title in your account. You can change your featured listings at any time by reallocating your available slots to the listings you wish to highlight.
To edit a listing, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Immo Israel account.
- Go to the "My Account" section and click on "My Listings."
- Find the listing you want to edit and click on the pencil icon located at the bottom right of the listing's photo.
- Make the necessary changes to your listing.
- Once the changes are made, resubmit the listing. Wait for the upload to complete and ensure you are redirected to the "My Listings" page before leaving the site.
Your listing will then be sent for verification by our team, who will approve it shortly.
To edit the price of your listing, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Immo Israel account.
- Go to the "My Account" section and click on "My Listings."
- Find the listing whose price you want to change and click on the pencil icon located at the bottom right of the listing's photo.
- Go to the section dedicated to the price in the listing's edit form.
- Adjust the price as needed.
- Once the price is changed, resubmit the listing. Wait for the upload to complete and to be redirected to the "My Listings" page before leaving the site.
Your listing will then be sent for verification by our team, and the new price will be visible once the listing is approved.
To edit the photos of your listing, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Immo Israel account.
- Go to the "My Account" section and click on "My Listings."
- Find the listing whose photos you want to edit and click on the pencil icon located at the bottom right of the listing's photo.
- In the photo editing section, you can:
- Add New Photos: Click "Add Photos" and select the images you want to add.
- Remove Existing Photos: Click on the trash icon or "Delete" on the photo you wish to remove.
- Edit Your Photos: Several editing options are available on the site. You can, for example, rotate and/or crop an image, as well as other advanced options.
- Rearrange Photos: Drag and drop the photos to rearrange their order.
Once you have made the changes, resubmit the listing. Wait for the upload to complete and for you to be redirected to the "My Listings" page before leaving the site.
Your listing will then be sent for verification by our team, and the updated photos will be visible once the listing is approved.
To maximize the visibility of your listings on Immo Israel, consider the following effective strategies:
- Use the "Featured Listing" Option: This option highlights your listing on our platform, placing it among the top results in search queries, on the homepage, and other strategic locations on the site. This greatly increases the chances of your listing being seen by a larger number of visitors.
- Add High-Quality Photos: Listings with attractive, high-quality photos receive more attention. Be sure to include well-lit photos from various angles to showcase the property's best features.
- Write a Clear and Detailed Description: A well-crafted description that highlights the property's unique features, nearby amenities, and other relevant details will capture the interest of potential buyers or tenants.
- Create a Virtual Tour: Offering a virtual tour allows visitors to visualize the property without visiting in person. This is particularly effective for high-end properties or those with unique layouts.
- Share Your Listing on Social Media: Promoting your listing on your social media networks to reach a broader audience. Encourage your contacts to share the listing to maximize its exposure.

There is no longer a free trial option for real estate agents and agencies. Previously, they enjoyed a one-year period to post their listings entirely for free. Now, subscriptions for agencies start upon activation of the first listing. However, private home owner accounts can post their first listing for free for a period of three months.
If you can't click the "Next" button when adding a listing, make sure all required fields, marked with a red asterisk, are completed and that all the fields are properly filled out.

You can add multiple phone numbers to your profile. However, the first number must be a mobile number, as it is directly connected to WhatsApp on your listings and agent profile.

- Enter the number and click the green "V" check mark symbol to save it.

Yes, you can add listings for new or second-hand properties. However, if you want to add an entire new development or real estate project, a single regular listing is not sufficient, as these listings are not designed for entire projects.
Instead, you have two options:
- Add Each Type of Apartment Separately: You can create a separate listing for each type of apartment in the project. While this allows you to showcase different options, it can be time-consuming and repetitive.
- Use Our Specific System for New Projects: The best option is to use our new system designed specifically for new projects. To do this, create a new account by selecting "New Projects" as the user type when registering. Once your account is created, our team will contact you to guide you through the process of adding your project and provide you with a personalized quote.
Yes, real estate agents can certainly add a virtual tour to listings. To do so, follow these steps:
- Create your listing on Immo Israel.
- During the photo and video upload step, find the field dedicated to the virtual tour at the bottom of the page.
- Paste the link to the virtual tour in this field.
The link will then be verified. If it's valid, it will be added to your listing, providing visitors with an interactive experience to explore the property.
All listings published before September 1, 2024, remain free for real estate agents. They are not included in your subscription's "slots" and will stay active at no additional cost. These listings will continue to be outside your subscription plan until they are marked as "Sold/Rented" or archived.
New Real Estate Projects
To add a new real estate project on Immo Israel, follow these steps:
- Create an Account: Whether you are a real estate developer or an agent, start by creating an account on Immo Israel.
- Receive a Quote and Instructions: After creating your account, our team will contact you to provide a personalized quote and detailed instructions on how to add your project to the site.
- Add the Project: Once you have all the necessary information, you can add your project to Immo Israel by following the provided instructions.
- Translation and Publication: After adding your project, it will be sent to our translation team. Once translated, it will be verified and published on our site, making it accessible to a wide audience.

Once your account is created, our team will contact you with all the necessary information and instructions for publishing a project on Immo Israel.
In the meantime, you can update your profile with essential details such as your contact information, company details, and any other relevant information to prepare for the project's publication.
Currently, adding a real estate project is available at a special promotion rate valid until the end of 2024. During this period, the cost is only 500 NIS per month, with a minimum commitment of 1 year, totaling 6000 NIS per year. Prices do not include VAT.
